Someone changed my account
If something happens with your account, we will notify you through email (if enabled at your mail settings, default it is enabled), but if this wasn't you it means someone got access to your account. To solve this problem, please follow the following steps.
- If you still have access to your account, change your password immediately, otherwise try resetting your password
- If you still have access to your account, check your Account history for any suspicious logins and changes that have been made
- Send an email to [email protected] explaining what happend to your account, and of course tell us your username and e-mail address used, you can include any suspicious activity found at your Account history (if possible)
We will try to process your request as soon as possible, but be patient, as soon as we know more we will reply your email.
You can change your e-mail address at the general settings of your account, go to your profile > press settings...I want all my data to be deleted
